Special General Meeting

The Nagaland Athletics Association held its Special General Meeting on 20/03/2026 at Sovima, Chumoukedima, where members reviewed the activities and achievements of the past year, assessed ongoing development initiatives, and discussed the proposed calendar of events for the current year, with a focus on athlete development, grassroots promotion, and strengthening technical standards; the house also deliberated in detail on preparations for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Athletics Federation of India, scheduled to be held at Kohima from 14th–15th April 2026, marking a significant milestone as Nagaland hosts the national federation’s AGM for the first time.
