NA Officials Complete Starter Training under Allan Bell

Two officials of the Nagaland Athletics Association, Mr. B. Bongshet Phom and Mr. Tokuho Sumi, participated in the AFI Starters’ Course held from 14th –17th January at the SAI Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS), Patiala. The course, conducted under the guidance of an international expert Mr. Allan Bell (UK), focused on advanced starting procedures, rules, and officiating standards in athletics.
